You may use this website to learn about HumanFixAI and submit genuine service enquiries. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code or use its content unlawfully.
2. No automatic engagement
Submitting a diagnosis request, receiving an initial response or discussing a project does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Paid work begins only after scope, price, responsibilities and any necessary access arrangements are agreed in writing.
3. Estimates and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting indications, not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on technical complexity, urgency, access, existing code quality and the agreed deliverables. A proposal may require a deposit, milestone payments or payment before a contained Quick Fix begins.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful access to the systems we are asked to review, timely decisions, backups where appropriate and confirmation that you are authorised to share the relevant code, data and materials. Never send credentials through the public enquiry form.
5. Technical outcomes
We apply professional care and aim for dependable improvements, but software can contain unknown defects and depends on third-party platforms, libraries, hosting and services outside our control. Specific warranties, acceptance criteria and support periods will be stated in the applicable project agreement.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be addressed in the signed project agreement. Pre-existing materials, open-source software, third-party services and client-provided AI outputs remain subject to their existing rights and licence terms. See our AI-Built Project & IP Notice.
7. Confidentiality
We can enter into a suitable non-disclosure agreement before receiving private source code or sensitive business information. Website enquiries should contain only enough information for initial triage.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HumanFixAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Any project-specific limits, exclusions and remedies will be set out in the signed service agreement and cannot exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in South Africa may hear disputes concerning these website terms.
