1. Why this notice exists
Generative AI tools can produce similar code, text, interfaces, workflows and product concepts for different users. The fact that an output appeared in your private AI session does not prove that the underlying idea is new, exclusive, registrable or free from third-party rights.
2. No guarantee of uniqueness
HumanFixAI cannot guarantee that your app idea, business model, feature, prompt, workflow, name, design, content or AI-generated code is unique. Another person may have created or protected something similar independently, before or after your project.
3. No automatic IP clearance
A technical audit, bug fix, security review or deployment service is not a patent, trademark, copyright or freedom-to-operate search. Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, our services do not verify ownership, registrability, non-infringement or the licensing history of client-provided material or AI outputs.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to use and share the code, data, names, logos, designs, content, models, datasets and other materials supplied to HumanFixAI. You should preserve AI tool records, prompts, human edits, source licences and contributor agreements where they may help establish provenance.
5. Third-party and open-source components
AI-generated code may reproduce patterns or depend on packages governed by open-source or commercial licences. We may identify visible technical dependencies during an agreed review, but this does not replace a complete licence or IP audit.
6. What HumanFixAI can do
We can improve code structure, security, reliability, documentation and technical provenance; identify obvious third-party dependencies; and flag areas that deserve specialist review. We can also work with your appointed lawyer or IP professional to implement technical safeguards they recommend.
7. What you should do
- Choose AI tools with terms suitable for commercial work.
- Record meaningful human decisions, edits and authorship.
- Review third-party package and asset licences.
- Conduct appropriate name, trademark, patent or freedom-to-operate searches.
- Ask a qualified IP lawyer about protection and risk in the countries where you operate.
8. Project contracts
A signed HumanFixAI project agreement may assign or license the original deliverables we create for you after payment, while excluding pre-existing tools, open-source components, third-party materials and client-provided AI outputs. The agreement cannot create rights that neither party lawfully owns.
