1. Who we are
HumanFixAI provides technical diagnosis, software rescue, security, deployment and maintenance services for AI-built applications. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@humanfixai.com.
2. Information we collect
When you request an app diagnosis or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or app name, app URL, technology platform, project stage, main concern, preferred timing, budget range and a description of the problem.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, private source code, sensitive customer records or other confidential material through the public enquiry form.
3. How the enquiry form works
The current enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Your information is sent to HumanFixAI only when you choose to send that email. We use the information to respond, assess fit, prepare a proposal and maintain a record of our business communication.
4. Lawful processing and POPIA
Where South African law applies, we process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We process enquiry information because you asked us to respond, because it may be necessary before entering a contract, and for legitimate business administration. We will not sell your personal information.
5. Hosting and technical information
Our hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website. HumanFixAI does not currently place its own advertising cookies or behavioural tracking tools on this website.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure or operate the business, but only where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or with your permission.
7. Retention and security
We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute prevention and legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request correction or deletion where legally available, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@humanfixai.com. You may also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator where applicable.
9. Updates
We may update this policy as our services, forms or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page.
